We have a small update to share with you!
Sessions that were removed by GoStudent last minute are now showing up in the past lesson tab.
What does that mean?
Cancelled sessions will appear in the WebApp after 1 hour starting from the scheduled time, which is approximately when the session ends - e.g., if a session is scheduled for 1 PM to be started and deleted, then it will appear in the WebApp at approx. 2 PM.
Sessions will only appear if they are cancelled by a GoStudent member after the following deadlines:
- Trial session: 120 minutes before the trial lesson is due to start
- Regular sessions : 60 minutes before the regular session is due to start
With that, there is no need to email the payments team! You can now request an adjustment in the WebApp if a penalty was added for a deleted lesson. Please refer to our Updates post on Adjustment requests for more information.
