Meet the new Tutor Manager
Assigned Tutor Manager🎉
Tutors have been assigned a Tutor Manager who will work with you to help guide you on your Tutoring Journey, provide feedback, and assist with pausing/quitting requests. You should have received an email from your associated Tutor Manager. However, if you have not, please reach out to support (1-437-747-3891) as they should still be your first and best option for getting in touch with us.
Updated WhatsApp Subject Groups
We have created new and updated WhatsApp Subject Groups to help diversify what subjects are offered. These groups are used by tutors to find replacements, and are also the space for sharing information and resources. If you did not receive this email, please first check your junk/spam folder before contacting support.
We are asking tutors to join the groups with subjects they have been verified for on the WebApp no later than Monday, August 1st, 2022.
We will be closing down the original WhatsApp groups shortly after the deadline, so it is imperative that you join the new groups as soon as possible.

Removal of Reschedule Limits
💎The limit for the amount of reschedules has been fully removed💎
🔔This means that you will no longer need to go through the support line to reschedule after the limit has surpassed.
🔔Please continue to maintain a regular schedule and avoid rescheduling.
🔔If you need to reschedule, make sure to agree with your student on a new date and that you stay within the time limit of 30 min.

If you are permanently taking over a student from another tutor or from the vacancy page, you will now be able to book in the first regular lesson by yourself! For a more detailed explanation, please click this link.
Web Resource Submission Form
As educators know, planning is one of the keys to success when teaching. Having a dedicated collection of resources can make this arduous task much more efficient. With that being said, we have created a form to share amongst our tutors.
Are you currently using a reliable web resource, like sites containing:

Then, please submit this 👉 form and our Tutor Management team will collect all of the information to organize it into a user friendly format, and then add to the Didactic Materials folder
