Key Updates
- πNew feature: ChatBot in the WebApp!π You and your students can now reach support right in the WebApp!
- We also launched the student feedback feature in the WebApp this month! Your feedback will provide valuable information for students to keep learning and growing! πͺ
- Educational Advisors (Customer Success) are no longer in your WhatsApp groups with regular students. π In the next weeks, they will start leaving the existing groups and won't join the new groups. With that, make sure to introduce yourself to your new regular students and to schedule your first regular session if not already booked.

How to get more students
Interested in growing with us and taking on more students?ππ©βππ¨βπ Here are a few tips on how to enhance your profile and get more regular students:
- Complete your profile: the more information the better (πuse this templateπ)! Our Educational Experts make the perfect match based on your profile.
- Don't forget to input availability in the WebApp for trial sessions (it doesn't carry over!). No availability = no trial sessions.
- Upload your intro video to your Google Drive folder. It should be a short video (1-2 min), check out this πcool exampleπ from one of our tutors!
- Connect with your tutor team or reach out to the WhatsApp support number if you are interested in adding more subjects to your profile.
- Check out πthis great videoπ from one of our tutors for some great tips and tricks to help your trial sessions blastoff!
- Be responsive on WhatsApp! Nurturing a good relationship with our Educational Experts and Advisors will go a long way!

Key Facts about Earnings
- Monthly payout threshold is $150. Once you reach it, payment will be processed the following month.
- Payments are processed by GoStudent by the 17th of the following month. Please keep in mind that each bank has a different processing time, so please do reach out to the payment team at paymentsca@gostudent.org only if you have not received your payment by the 22nd.
- Payment adjustment requests must be submitted by the 3rd of the following month. Check out this πcheat sheetπ for more information regarding adjustments.
- For bank transfer fees and background check reimbursement, make sure to submit your manual adjustment request using our Adjustment Sheet to paymentsca@gostudent.org. The fees reimbursement will then be reflected on your WebApp adjustments and total earnings.
